About Us

Game Day Cornhole Boards is independently owned and operated by a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I started building cornhole boards in 2008. This was before cornhole became a national phenomenon. I simply enjoyed playing with my neighbor in our old neighborhood and believe it or not, we played on plain wood boards with duck cloth bags filled with field corn.

My intention was never to start building cornhole boards as a production in my garage. I had two intentions. First, I wanted to see if I could paint a design on a set of cornhole boards that we could take on travel baseball road trips so that we had something to do between ball games.

Mission accomplished!

Second, the frames of my cornhole set were cut out of 2×12’s, and I wanted to see if I could make a set of cornhole boards that would travel better and not take up so much room! I mean these things were so big a person needed a pickup truck to haul the cornhole games from place to place! After tinkering around with a couple of different ideas, I settled on a 2×3 frame and legs that fold under.

Mission accomplished!

Today cornhole is played at fundraisers, tailgating events, campgrounds, family reunions, on TV, and everywhere in between. Personally, I enjoy playing cornhole with friends, family, and in tournaments. My goal is to build quality cornhole games for those who like to play cornhole as much as I do!

No matter if you have been playing cornhole for awhile or if you’re just getting started  . . . you’re in the right place. If you have any questions, I am here to help. Click here to get in touch with me.

Thank you,
